Logistics Faculty

• Deliver engaging classroom sessions on logistics and supply chain management.
• Teach topics such as Logistics Operations, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Shipping & Documentation, and Import & Export procedures.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Use practical examples, case studies, activities, and industry-based scenarios to improve student learning.
• Conduct tests, examinations, presentations, group activities, and mock interviews.
• Monitor student attendance, academic performance, participation, and progress.
• Provide academic guidance and career-related mentoring to students.
• Coordinate with the Academic Coordinator and other faculty members regarding academic activities.
• Maintain required academic records, lesson plans, and student performance reports.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, industrial visits, student events, and institute activities.
• Stay updated with current developments and practices in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching/training or industry experience in logistics and supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and industry practices.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / PowerPoint and basic digital teaching tools.
• Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Madiwala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Teaching Logistics: 2 years (Required)
