Logistics Faculty (Teaching)

Axionz is a reputable educational institution dedicated to providing high-quality education and fostering innovation. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Teaching Faculty member to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our logistics program.
Position Overview:
As a Logistics Faculty member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of logistics professionals. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and up-to-date curriculum, conducting research in the field, and mentoring students to excel in their academic and professional pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective and engaging classes in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Develop and update course content based on industry standards and trends.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, and assessments.
• Provide practical, industry-oriented learning through real-world examples.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor students in their academic and career development.
• Stay updated with current logistics and supply chain practices.
• Participate in academic activities, workshops, and seminars.
• Maintain academic records and complete assigned responsibilities on time.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of teaching experience is preferred.
• Relevant industry experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts, processes, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and student-management skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
