Logistics / Fleet Controller

Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating daily transportation, vehicle movements, driver activities, delivery schedules, and overall fleet utilization to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily vehicle movements and transportation requirements.
• Assign drivers and vehicles based on operational requirements.
• Prepare and monitor daily transportation and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers, project/site teams, warehouse, and other departments for timely deliveries and collections.
• Monitor vehicle usage, routes, fuel consumption, and overall fleet utilization.
• Maintain records of vehicle movements, mileage, fuel, maintenance, fines, and related documents.
• Track vehicle registration, insurance, service, and maintenance expiry dates.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor driver attendance, availability, and compliance with company requirements.
• Ensure proper utilization of company vehicles and minimize unnecessary trips and costs.
• Handle urgent transportation requirements and resolve day-to-day logistics issues.
• Prepare regular fleet and transportation status reports for management.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in fleet, logistics, transportation, or similar coordination roles.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE routes and transportation operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicle movements and urgent requirements efficiently.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
