Logistics Head

Role & responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, dispatch, and timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Manage logistics costs, transportation budgets, freight negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Supervise logistics and dispatch teams, monitor performance, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Ensure accurate logistics documentation, shipment tracking, inventory movement, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare logistics MIS reports, resolve delivery-related issues, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
