Logistics Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily logistics and supply chain operations.
• Support the coordination of deliveries, shipments, and transportation arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents, and other logistics records.
• Update delivery schedules, shipment status, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in monitoring incoming and outgoing goods.
• Follow up with transporters, suppliers, and customers regarding delivery arrangements.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate logistics documentation.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
• Perform other administrative duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM700.00 per month
