  • Assist with the movement and organisation of components and completed PCs between production and warehouse areas.

Logistics Support

  • Verify that customer orders have been cleared for collection or delivery before releasing completed PCs.
  • Prepare, pack, and organise completed PCs and accompanying items for collection or delivery.
  • Ensure that the correct systems, accessories, and accompanying items are prepared for each order.
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers and logistics partners during scheduled collections and dispatches.
  • Assist with the physical handover of completed PCs to customers or delivery partners.
  • Update and maintain accurate collection, delivery, and dispatch records.
  • Report any missing items, order discrepancies, or logistics issues to the relevant teams for resolution.

General Operations

  • Work closely with the Production, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth inventory and order fulfilment workflows.
  • Follow established warehouse, inventory, and logistics procedures.
  • Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately identify, count, and sort inventory.
  • Responsible and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
  • Ability to follow instructions and established operational procedures.
  • Comfortable with hands-on work, including handling boxes and moving inventory safely.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory records or spreadsheets.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams and delivery partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn about PC components, inventory processes, and warehouse operations.

Prior experience in the PC industry or inventory management is not required, but advantageous.

We care more about your attention to detail, reliability, and ability to keep inventory and warehouse operations organised and accurate. If you're organised, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced operational environment, we'd love to hear from you.
