Logistics Intern

The opportunity We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Logistics Intern to support logistics and transportation activities for transformers and large electrical equipment. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in packaging, shipment coordination, project logistics, and supply chain operations while working closely with internal teams and logistics partners.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Support packaging and shipment coordination activities for transformers and electrical equipment.
• Assist in monitoring domestic and international transportation activities, including road and ocean shipments.
• Help prepare and review shipping documents and logistics records.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers under the guidance of the logistics team.
• Track shipment status and support on-time delivery performance reporting.
• Assist in identifying shipment issues and escalating potential risks to the team.
• Support logistics cost analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help maintain logistics documentation and compliance records.
• Collaborate with project teams, factories, suppliers, and logistics partners to support project execution.
• Support SAP data entry, logistics reporting, and administrative tasks as required.
• Assist with Planning & Order Fulfillment (P&OF) activities by supporting production planning coordination with relevant teams.
• You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Interest in logistics, transportation, and supply chain
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of shipping documents or Incoterms is a plus
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Korean language proficiency required. Basic English communication skills preferred.
