About the role
Assist in daily logistics activities related to finished goods, including checking, packing and preparing finished goods for delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with checking, packing and preparing finished goods for delivery
- Prepare delivery orders, shipping documents and other logistics documentation
- Coordinate with transporters and forwarders for shipment arrangements
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on shipment status
- Assist in updating finished goods inventory and stock movement records
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of delivery records
- Assist with stock checking and monthly inventory activities
- Perform general logistics administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
About you
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Internship duration of at least 3 months preferred
