Logistics Internship

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory by identifying & receiving, cataloguing, and recording the location of

  inventory.

• Prepare incoming inspection report and filing the records as per SOP.

• Conduct cycle count regularly and lead yearly Stock count for SP store.

• Record the number of stocks handled and moved every day using SAP system.

• To analyse transfer request based on client’s orders and pull the appropriate products for

  each order.

• Perform GRPO process for spare parts receiving.

• Generate inventory reports for SP stocks.

• Handling damaged products and returns

• Safety and Health regulations compliance.

Person Specifications:

• Degree in logistics or Diploma in Logistics with minimum 2 years working experience or

  SPM certificate with minimum 5 years working experience in related job.

• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

• Problem-solving skills.
