Job Overview

Manages daily sales order processing and stock allocation in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with FEFO, quality, safety, and loadout requirements while optimizing transport capacity and costs. Coordinates with distribution, logistics, and customers to ensure timely fulfillment, prioritizes critical stock levels, monitors delivery capacity, and supports process improvements, KPI reporting, and adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business, computer, or information technology-related course, with a background in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or IT preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in operations or service industries (Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or Continuous Improvement), with experience in ISO, EMS, FSSC, or HACCP environments preferred
• Trained or certified in Lean, Supply Chain, or Project Management, with applied project experience
• Experience in systems integration, efficiency initiatives, and cross-functional team collaboration preferred
• Knowledge of business processes in Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or IT
• Experience in KPI monitoring and reporting
