Logistics Manager

• Take full charge of managing and overseeing logistics operations in Hong Kong, ensuring top-notch quality, safety, and efficiency
• Spearhead the continuous improvement process, focusing on cost optimization and service quality enhancements
• Play a crucial role in the preparation, follow-up, and successful implementation of logistics projects
• Contribute to strategic analysis, planning, and business development efforts, delivering optimal customer solutions through innovative logistics services
• Proactively explore and identify new business opportunities, driving growth in logistics, supply chain, and warehousing sectors.
• Analyse account profitability and provide support for business expansion, ensuring a beneficial balance of cost and revenue
• Engage in regular reviews with customers and collaborate closely with the operation team to support ongoing improvements and strategic customer solutions

Key Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field
• A minimum of 5 years of key account, business development, warehouse operation experience from logistics management or freight forwarding industries
• Deep understanding of logistics activities, including safety, security, and compliance with laws and regulations
• Self-motivated and result oriented
• Good analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating complex logistics solutions to diverse audiences
• Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English including Mandarin
