Logistics Manager

About the role

This role will oversee the end-to-end logistics and distribution operations of the organization, ensuring that products, supplies, and materials are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time. You will lead the logistics team, manage day-to-day operations, drive the implementation of processes and controls, and ensure that service and quality standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics, warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations
• Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team while driving accountability and performance
• Ensure high standards in delivery accuracy, quality, efficiency, and service levels
• Implement logistics processes, policies, and improvements across operations
• Identify operational gaps, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions
• Monitor logistics KPIs, costs, inventory, and delivery performance
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
• 8 years of logistics/distribution experience, preferably with managerial experience
• Experience in distribution, FMCG, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, or other complex/multi-location operations is highly preferred
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Proven ability to implement processes and drive execution
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Quality-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP/logistics systems
