What You'll Be Doing

• Lead stores, logistics and loading dock operations across multiple venues
• Drive end-to-end inventory, warehousing and distribution activities
• Oversee logistics planning and delivery for major scalable events
• Manage rostering, recruitment, onboarding and team development
• Partner with Culinary, Retail and Event teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety and operational performance

What You'll Bring

• Leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain or major events
• Experience leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced operational environments
• Strong inventory management and stock control expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure
