  • Oversee distribution fleet operations including dispatch effectiveness, route efficiency, driver performance, compliance, and safety standards.

  • Review fleet KSIs such as on-time delivery, fuel usage, idle time, safety events, maintenance costs, and downtime; hold the Fleet Supervisor accountable for improvement targets.

  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met including ELD compliance, driver hours of service, vehicle inspections, and transportation safety standards.

  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs, capital planning, licensing, and vendor relationships for fleet servicing and repairs.

  • Support accident investigations, safety reviews, and corrective action plans related to fleet incidents.

  • Ensure effective use of telematics platforms (e.g., Samsara), leveraging data to drive safety, accountability, and cost control.

Cross-Functional & Strategic Responsibilities

  • Align warehouse and fleet operations to ensure seamless pick, stage, load, and delivery workflows.
