About the Role

As our Logistics Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing company-wide logistics operations. Based in our Fo Tan warehouse, you will manage daily activities to ensure exceptional service quality and lead a dedicated team to maintain efficient workflows, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics and warehouse activities to guarantee smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, providing targeted training and development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders to align logistics with business goals.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints promptly, driving proactive service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety regulations, and ISO standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Establish, maintain and continuously improve warehouse management protocols (optimizing layout, workflow, and cold chain processes).
• Implement and uphold the Quality Management System (QMS) across all warehouse activities.
• Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to senior management regarding efficiency, quality, and areas for growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
