Logistics Manager

Beninga Concrete LLC is looking for a Logistics Manager who can keep materials, equipment, schedules, and daily operations organized so projects continue moving forward.

Construction depends on having the right resources in the right place at the right time. Materials need to arrive when crews need them, equipment needs to be available, schedules need to stay coordinated, and unexpected changes need to be handled quickly.

The Logistics Manager will help oversee the movement of resources and information that keep projects running efficiently.

What you'll be responsible for

• Coordinate daily logistics activities supporting concrete projects
• Manage schedules related to materials, equipment, deliveries, and operational needs
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, drivers, crews, and project teams
• Track material availability and help prevent delays caused by shortages
• Support planning for upcoming jobs and changing project requirements
• Monitor equipment and resource needs across active projects
• Help coordinate deliveries, pickups, and movement of materials or equipment
• Maintain accurate logistics records and operational information
• Identify scheduling conflicts and help develop practical solutions
• Communicate updates between field teams and office staff
• Support improvements to logistics processes and workflow efficiency
• Help ensure crews have the resources needed to complete work on schedule

What we're looking for

• Experience in logistics, transportation, construction operations, dispatch, fleet coordination, materials management, manufacturing, or a related environment
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing schedules
• Strong communication skills with vendors, teams, and field personnel
• Able to solve problems quickly and make practical decisions
• Dependable follow-through
• Comfortable using scheduling, inventory, logistics, or business software
• Construction, concrete, or building-material experience is helpful, but not required

You don't need to come from the concrete industry.

Someone who has coordinated transportation, construction materials, equipment, deliveries, field-service teams, warehouse operations, or another resource-driven operation may already have many of the skills needed for this role.

We're looking for someone who thinks ahead, keeps things organized, and makes sure the people doing the work have what they need when they need it.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
