Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and results-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations of the Company. You will manage the flow of products from port clearance through warehousing and transportation to last-mile delivery, ensuring shipments arrive on time, in full and in optimal condition. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, controlling logistics costs, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting a seamless customer experience. You will also work closely with internal teams, 3PL partners and Global Headquarters to continuously improve logistics performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement practical logistics strategies to support timely delivery and distribution of products across Malaysia.
• Manage and coordinate with 3PL providers and warehouse teams supporting inbound and outbound logistics across 4 warehouses.
• Monitor the end-to-end process from port clearance, container haulage and delivery to warehouse, ensuring transport documentation is accurate and original documents reach the appointed customs clearance agent on time.
• Ensure shipments comply with Malaysian customs requirements and all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate import permits, SIRIM certification requirements and other logistics-related regulatory matters.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure appropriate safety, storage and inventory control standards are maintained.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and After-Sales teams to support events, campaigns, promotions and sample fulfilment requirements.
• Proactively communicate with Global Headquarters and other business units to share best practices, resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement in logistics processes.

About you

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, warehousing, transportation or 3PL operations.
• Hands-on experience managing logistics operations, warehouse activities and external logistics service providers.
• Good understanding of import/export documentation, customs clearance and logistics regulatory requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
• Proficient in speaking and writing of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as to communicate effectively with the related parties and/or personnel from HQ.
