Logistics Manager | EMEA | Netherlands (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced logistics leader looking to make a major impact across a complex international supply chain?

We're looking for a Logistics Manager to lead EMEA logistics operations across warehousing, transportation, inbound and outbound logistics, and 3PL management. This is a highly visible role where you'll drive operational excellence, lead strategic projects, and build strong partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end logistics operations across the EMEA region

Manage and develop relationships with 3PL providers and transport partners

Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and service performance

Lead logistics tenders, RFQs, and contract negotiations

Establish and track KPIs to improve operational efficiency

Work cross-functionally with commercial, planning, and customer service teams

Deliver large-scale logistics and supply chain projects

What We're Looking For

8+ years' experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehousing

Strong experience managing 3PL providers and carrier networks

Proven track record delivering operational improvements and cost savings

Experience leading complex projects and contract negotiations

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Fluent English; additional European language is advantageous

SAP and advanced Excel skills are a plus
