Job Descriptions :
Transportation Management : Shipment plan, plan routes, select carriers and negotiate contracts on export, import and domestic
Budget and cost control : Manage logistic budgets, optimize costs and track KPIs
Team Leadership : Lead, train and motivate logistics staff to achieve performance targets
Continuous improvement : Analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement efficiency initiatives
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain management
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and logistic software
- Strategic planning and exwcution
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
