Blumen Coffee & Sweets is seeking an experienced, results-driven Logistics Manager to lead logistics and distribution operations. The successful candidate will ensure the timely, efficient, and cost-effective movement of products from suppliers to our warehouse and across all company branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies that support daily operations and company growth.
• Oversee inbound deliveries and outbound distribution, ensuring accurate and timely shipments.
• Plan delivery schedules and optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and branch teams to maintain uninterrupted product availability.
• Manage fleet operations, vehicle utilization, maintenance coordination, and delivery performance.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, investigate delays, and implement process improvements.
• Manage transportation providers, negotiate service agreements, and monitor service quality.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, delivery documentation, and logistics reports.
• Ensure appropriate handling and transportation of food products, including temperature control where required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local transportation requirements.
• Lead, train, and evaluate the logistics team to maintain high operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the food and beverage, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, fleet management, distribution, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in logistics management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
