Logistics Manager

Overview:

We are a global leader in ladies’ intimate wear manufacturing and design, seeking a dedicated Logistic Manager with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.

The role is to provide managerial leadership to the Logistic team to ensure on-time export of finished goods & samples, import of raw materials, samples, equipment, and spare parts through arrangement of on-time customs clearance, accurate preparation of required documents and arrangement of cost-effective transportation methods

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with PMC, Warehouse, and Production Department to keep updated on the production order status
• Hold direct team accountable for apply for new customs clearance as required by the outgoing samples & finished goods plan from PMC
• Monitor the correct required documents for importing raw materials / machinery by collaborating with PMC, Production, Engineering, and suppliers’ logistics team
• Ensure the Logistic team to obtain the certificate of inspection from Customs for finished goods that will be exported

Key Requirements:

• Experience in the same position and related field (Garment Industry and bonded zone) for minimum 5 years
• Have a good relationship with Customs in Central Java
• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Advance Computer Skill, capable of displaying the data well
• Good Intellectual
