What they need
Plan daily driver delivery routes, coordinate 3PL partners, and ensure punctual retail and e-commerce order fulfillment.
Oversee inbound receiving, storage temperatures, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and SFA food safety compliance.
Step in during peak periods or manpower shortages, including loading,unloading, and carrying goods (up to 25 kg).
Lead regular stock counts, reduce spoilage/shrinkage, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Roster, train, and manage warehouse assistants, packers, and drivers while enforcing workplace safety (WSH).
Requirements
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
Familiar with SFA food logistics guidelines and cold room handling.
Physically fit and willing to perform manual heavy lifting (25kg)
when manpower is tight.
Strong leadership, route planning, and problem-solving skills.
Able to support operations during peak periods or festive seasons when required.
