Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with construction, engineering, and subcontractor teams to align logistics activities with project milestones.
  • Develop delivery schedules and ensure critical equipment and long-lead items are delivered on time.
  • Monitor transportation costs, logistics budgets, and resource utilization to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Manage logistics contractors, freight forwarders, transportation providers, and warehouse service providers.
  • Ensure all import/export documentation, customs clearance requirements, permits, and regulatory obligations are met where applicable.
  • Identify and mitigate logistics and supply chain risks that could impact project schedules.
  • Implement contingency plans to address transportation delays, material shortages, and site constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with project health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
  • Provide regular logistics reports, forecasts, and updates to project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of logistics management experience within construction, infrastructure, industrial, semiconductor, or data centre projects.
  • Proven experience coordinating the movement of large-scale construction equipment and materials.
  • Strong understanding of construction site logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations.
