The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and distribution. This role ensures efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic planning and execution.
• Analytical thinking and decision making.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Warehouse Operations: Supervise storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
• Transportation Management: Plan routes, select carriers, and negotiate contracts.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage replenishment.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Budget & Cost Control: Manage logistics budgets, optimize costs, and track KPIs.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate logistics staff to achieve performance targets.
