Logistics Manager

TranspoGO is looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Manager to coordinate transportation operations, manage vehicle availability, communicate with drivers and customers, and ensure timely movement of goods.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling daily logistics activities, solving operational issues, and maintaining smooth coordination between customers, drivers, and transport partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation and logistics operations.
• Coordinate truck bookings, vehicle placement, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with truck owners, drivers, customers, and business partners.
• Track vehicle movements and monitor delivery status.
• Plan routes and coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
• Handle operational delays, customer issues, and delivery-related problems.
• Maintain records of vehicle details, trips, delivery status, and expenses.
• Coordinate loading and unloading requirements with relevant parties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transport partners and customers.
• Prepare daily operational reports and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of transportation, fleet management, or logistics operations.
• Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with drivers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous logistics experience is preferred.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong coordination skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
