About Us

• Luxury Hospitality is a hospitality procurement consultancy specializing in FF&E and OS&E for luxury hotel pre-opening projects.

• We handle international sourcing, shipping, customs clearance and delivery across Egypt and the MENA region.

The Role

• Lead our logistics operations from the factory to the project site.

• This role suits someone experienced and proactive who delivers on time with no surprises.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead all international sea, air and land freight, from the supplier to the site.

• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouses and transport companies.

• Negotiate freight rates and compare quotations on cost, transit time and reliability.

• Oversee customs clearance in Egypt and across MENA, including HS codes, duties, permits and compliance.

• Manage ACI/ACID registration and Nafeza requirements.

• Check that all shipping documents are accurate and complete: invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, AWBs and certificates of origin.

• Plan shipments around project timelines and spot delays before they affect delivery.

• Coordinate warehousing, consolidation, delivery and installation with the procurement and project teams.

• Track logistics costs, budgets and KPIs, and report them to management.

• Lead and develop the logistics team, and keep improving processes.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding or customs clearance.

• Strong knowledge of sea and air freight, Incoterms and shipping documents.

• Proven experience with customs clearance in Egypt. Experience in KSA, UAE or Qatar is a strong advantage.

• Hands-on experience with ACI, ACID ,Nafeza and Cargo X.

• Excellent negotiation skills and good commercial sense.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to handle many shipments at the same time.

• Experience in hospitality, FF&E, OS&E or project logistics is a strong advantage.

• Candidates living in or near 6th of October City are preferred.
