Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & MIS Executive to support day-to-day logistics coordination, MIS reporting, customs and regulatory activities, and receivables tracking for our Dubai-based frozen food trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, deliveries, warehouse activities, and transport arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational data using MS Excel.
• Track inventory, shipments, deliveries, receivables, and other operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with customs, Dubai Municipality, banks, warehouses, and other government/regulatory authorities.
• Handle documentation related to customs, shipments, trade activities, and regulatory requirements.
• Support receivables follow-up, banking activities, and basic trade finance coordination.
• Coordinate with third-party transport providers and monitor vehicle/fleet activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, MIS, or Operations support.
• Experience in FMCG, frozen food, food trading, or cold-chain logistics is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with ERP/inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of UAE customs procedures and Dubai Trade.
• Experience dealing with UAE regulatory authorities.
• Basic understanding of receivables, banking procedures, and trade finance.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence due to regular travel to banks, warehouses, customs points, and government offices.

Preferred

• Experience in frozen food or cold-chain operations.
• Experience managing transport vendors or vehicle fleets.
• Strong coordination, documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
