Logistics Officer

Position: Logistics Documentation Manager Location : Benin or Togo Key Responsibilities:

• Export/Import Logistics Plan and execute shipping schedules; coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
• Documentation Prepare and verify all shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and bills of lading.
• Customs Clearance Liaise with clearing agents to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance.
• Inventory Movement Track goods movement from origin to destination; ensure delivery timelines and
• stock accuracy.
• Vendor Management Manage contracts and performance of transport, warehouse, and shipping vendors.
• Compliance Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, local customs laws, and phytosanitary standards.
• MIS Reporting Maintain and report logistics KPIs, documentation compliance, and shipment trackers to HQ.
