Logistics Officer

• Manage import and export shipments (air, sea, and land).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport providers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
• Handle customs clearance and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Process MOFA attestation and related documentation.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reports

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2 years of experience in logistics, import/export, and shipping.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Customs procedures and MOFA documentation.
• Experience with freight forwarding and international shipping.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and trade documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
