Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:
Handle equipment purchases from regular suppliers.

Arrange and coordinate on-time deliveries for regional and international shipments.

Process orders received under the guidance of the Logistics Manager and in collaboration with team members.

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations.

Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment status.

Requirement:
Able to read and write Mandarin.

Relevant shipment and logistics experience is required.

Experience in both inbound and outbound shipping is essential.

Strong planning and monitoring skills for purchases and shipment schedules.

Familiarity with the OCI system is an advantage.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
