1. Logistics Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

• As a planner, controller and coordinator of Logistics for Import and Export.

• Proactively analysis and provide countermeasure on complaint raise by customer and issue on logistics.

• Provide sailing schedule by weekly.

• Assist Manager to manage and prepare for job report, logistic estimation, container forecast, billing, etc

• To communicate with external parties (haulier, customer, etc) and internal parties (HQ, Forwarding, Agents)

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

• Preferred at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.

• Able to handle stress and pressure.

• Able to engage critical thinking and problem solving technique.

• Must be able to meet deadline and be detail oriented and accurate in the information.

• Computer literate in Microsoft Office.

Based in Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Klang

Working Hours : 0830 - 1700 (Mon-Fri), 0830-1230 (Sat)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
