Job Description:

We are looking for a competent and skilled Logistics Officer to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating supply chains, procurement, and the provision of equipment for commercial project sites. This includes overseeing warehouses and shipments to ensure operations proceed without delays, while maintaining full compliance with local commercial laws and regulations.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Planning and coordinating the transport of construction materials, equipment, and machinery from various sources.

Managing main and site-based warehouses, monitoring inventory movement (inbound/outbound), and ensuring there are no shortages of essential materials.

Coordinating directly with project managers and engineers at project sites to ensure timely delivery and availability of required resources.

Liaising with suppliers and transport companies, and negotiating to secure the best services at the most cost-effective rates.

Requirements and Experience:

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within the UAE, preferably in the contracting and construction sector.

Technical Skills:

o Strong proficiency in coordination, time management, and problem-solving.

Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Arabic.

Driver’s License: A valid UAE driver’s license is required (mandatory).

Compensation Package:

A competitive monthly salary, determined based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
