Logistics Officer / Import & Export Officer

About The Role

APM Monaco Manufacturing (Thailand) is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Import & Export Officer / Logistics Officer to join our Supply Chain team at the A14 Factory. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipment documentation in compliance with customs regulations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues proactively.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and shipment trackers.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Warehouse, Purchasing) to support smooth supply chain operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - candidates must be able to communicate in English excellently. A TOEIC or IELTS score will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proficient in computer skills (MS Office; SAP or logistics/ERP systems is a plus).
• Articulate, confident, and highly effective communicator, both verbal and written.
• Passionate and energetic learner who is proactive, unafraid to speak up and present ideas, and able to express agreement or disagreement with maturity and professionalism.
