Job Summary

You will manage customer orders and shipments for air, ocean, customs clearance, and local delivery, coordinating with carriers, vendors, and overseas offices to ensure timely, cost-effective logistics operations and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Manage customer orders for air, ocean, customs clearance, local delivery, and freight forwarding for import, export, and cross-trade shipments

Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, vendors, and overseas offices to secure timely transport arrangements

Develop and maintain business relationships with logistics service providers to achieve cost savings on logistics expenses

Monitor ship schedules before arrival and oversee loading and discharge operations at ports

Ensure timely receipt and follow-up of hire, freight, dead freight, demurrage, and dispatch payments

Support sales order processing by providing accurate and efficient logistics coordination

Plan, analyze, and monitor logistics processes to ensure smooth order handling and implementation

Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues

Address customer feedback and ensure accurate order fulfillment to maintain customer satisfaction

Collect and provide data, statistics, analysis, and reports promptly to support logistics operations

Prepare and declare import and export permits in compliance with regulations

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided

Candidate with permit declaration experience will be advantage
