Logistics Operations Assistant [SL]

Handle import and export cargo throughout the warehouse process, including cargo receiving, inspection, put-away, retrieval, loading, unloading, repacking, and palletising, in compliance with established SOPs.

Operate ASRS equipment and warehouse automation systems to facilitate accurate cargo storage, retrieval, and movement.

Perform outbound picking and cargo processing using the Pick-to-Light system to support operational accuracy and productivity.

Carry out inventory merging and consolidation using automated equipment to maximise storage utilisation and improve space efficiency.

Support regular physical inventory counts and stock verification activities to maintain inventory accuracy.

Monitor the condition of material handling equipment, perform routine checks, and report defects or maintenance requirements promptly.

Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure work areas remain clean, orderly, and safe.

Operate forklifts and reach trucks when necessary, provided the required licences and operational authorisations are valid.

Follow all applicable workplace safety requirements, equipment operating procedures, and cargo-handling guidelines.

Assist other operational teams with warehouse activities and workload requirements as needed.

Undertake additional job-related duties assigned by the supervisor in support of daily operations.
