Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, express courier, delivery, or operations.
• For Standardization: background or experience in training, process standardization, coaching, or employee development is preferred.
• For Planning & Abnormalities: experience in express courier or logistics operations is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify process gaps or irregularities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of standardized logistics and operational processes.
• Conduct training, coaching, and orientation for personnel regarding operational procedures and standards.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, training materials, and process guidelines.
• Monitor compliance with established operational standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in daily operational planning, manpower allocation, route coordination, and resource utilization.
• Monitor logistics performance and operational activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and process gaps.
• Investigate and coordinate the resolution of operational abnormalities, delays, and service issues.
• Coordinate with branches, hubs, and other departments to address operational concerns.
• Prepare regular reports regarding operational performance, abnormalities, and corrective actions.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and operational consistency.
• Perform other logistics and operations-related tasks as assigned.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
