Logistics Operations Associate (Open for Fresh Graduates)

About the role

You will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of export shipments, supporting our multinational export operations in the fast-paced world of international freight forwarding and shipping.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately manage and input critical export data, adhering to established Export Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Independently create and manage Quick Bookings within the CargoWise system, utilizing booking confirmations to initiate the shipment process
• Take ownership of consolidation registrations and generate precise Shipper's instructions, ensuring clear communication for seamless handling
• Proactively respond to information inquiries with accuracy and efficiency, and effectively access and manage relevant shipment documentation
• Conduct thorough quality checks on completed work to guarantee accuracy and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality for sensitive customer and company information
• Utilize written Mandarin skills to effectively communicate with partners, fostering strong working relationships

About you

• Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin required
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to learn new systems such as CargoWise
• Strong interest in building a career within the freight forwarding and international logistics industry
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements and global time zone coverage
