Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator to help ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations across our e-commerce business. This role will work closely with courier and delivery partners, internal teams, and warehouse operations to keep shipments moving and resolve issues that may affect customer deliveries.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Mandaluyong City.

What You'll Do

• Monitor daily delivery activities and follow up on shipments to help ensure orders arrive within the expected timeframe.
• Coordinate with delivery riders, courier companies, 3PL providers, warehouse teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Monitor dispatch activities and help ensure that established delivery and rider procedures are consistently followed.
• Investigate and coordinate the resolution of delivery concerns, including delayed shipments, missing or damaged items, and order discrepancies.
• Assist in assessing courier partners, delivery providers, and potential new logistics partners.
• Coordinate discussions on delivery rates and service terms with logistics partners, in collaboration with management.
• Maintain and update shipment and fleet-related information in the company's systems.
• Prepare operational reports and provide relevant logistics data to management.
• Assist with warehouse activities when needed, including receiving, order checking, and dispatch preparation.
• Identify recurring delivery issues and coordinate with relevant teams to help improve logistics processes.
• Perform other duties related to logistics and delivery operations as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, transportation, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience working with courier companies, riders, or 3PL providers is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with operational data and systems.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners and internal teams.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused and able to handle delivery concerns professionally.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple logistics activities in a fast-paced environment.
