  • Monitor warehouse and carrier exceptions in real time, including pickup delays, transit delays, prolonged tracking inactivity, damaged shipments, lost shipments, and delivery failures.
  • Proactively identify orders at risk of becoming service exceptions based on shipment milestones, tracking activity, historical trends, and carrier performance.
  • Take preventive action by communicating with warehouses, carriers, final-mile providers, and internal teams before issues escalate.
  • Coordinate POVISON's final-mile and white-glove home delivery operations, including delivery scheduling, access concerns, address issues, product questions, reschedules, returns, and delivery exceptions.
  • Manage transportation and delivery exceptions including damaged or missing products, customer refusals, unable-to-fit situations, incomplete deliveries, unsuccessful delivery attempts, and assembly or installation concerns.
  • Ensure appropriate photos, notes, tracking information, and supporting documentation are collected when necessary.
  • Maintain ownership of open exceptions and drive issues toward resolution while providing timely updates to the appropriate teams.
  • Respond to logistics-related requests including address changes, expedited delivery requests, shipment intercepts, and other delivery needs.
  • Communicate and coordinate regularly with POVISON's China-based team in Mandarin and English regarding shipment status, inventory questions, product concerns, damages, delivery exceptions, and issue resolution.
  • Utilize shipment tracking data and carrier performance information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and provide Operations leadership with visibility into shipment performance, delivery issues, and unresolved exceptions.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential risks from shipment tracking data and operational trends.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and exception cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with warehouses, carriers, delivery teams, internal departments, and international teams.

Preferred Qualifications
