Logistics Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

Q & B Transportation Services LLC. is seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Operations Coordinator to support daily freight and transportation operations. You’ll coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers and customers, track deliveries, and help keep operations running smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, freight schedules, and dispatch activities
• Communicate with customers, drivers, carriers, and brokers
• Track shipments and quickly resolve delays or operational issues
• Prepare and maintain BOLs, rate confirmations, invoices, and shipping records
• Assist with routing, load planning, and transportation scheduling
• Maintain accurate reports and transportation documentation
• Support billing and general operations tasks
• Follow company policies, DOT requirements, and safety standards
• Provide professional customer service and maintain strong carrier relationships

Qualifications

• Logistics, transportation, dispatch, or freight experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
• TMS, DAT, Truckstop, McLeod, or similar software experience is a plus
• Knowledge of freight operations and DOT compliance preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish or Russian is a plus
