Logistics Operations Coordinator

Qualifications:

• BS in Business Administration, Transport management or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least with 2-3 years' related experience in the field
• Experienced in fleet management and allocation.
• With Driver's License and motor vehicle is preferred.
• Both oral & written communication skills
• Knowledgeable in dispatching and route planning.
• Computer applications, such as spreadsheets and google sheets.

Job Function/s:

• To oversee operations, provide and collate documents from drivers and helpers. Will handle daily dispatch and monitoring of all Wing Van Units and tractor heads.
• To be assigned in pick-up/delivery/hustling operations. Monitors, update and collate all related documents for billing purposes
• Oversee smooth operations of all units.
