Role Description The Logistics Operations Coordinator position is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattanooga, TN. Day-to-day tasks include updating customers on shipments, pricing shipments, updating portals, keeping accounts organized and working with Manager on growing the accounts and finding new opportunities.

• Candidates should possess skills in Operations and Account Management
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to maintain relationships, resolve issues, and retain business.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication
• Candidates should have familiarity with logistics, trucking, or transportation operations
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, negotiate pricing and terms
• Must be a motivated self-starter
