Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including first mileand last-mile activities.
• Supervise to achieve operational targets and service excellence.
• Monitor operational performance, including TAT, SLA adherence, PDD, NDR, and exception management.
• Manage relationships with courier partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Drive resolution of critical customer escalations and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for service failures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, IT, and Customer Support.
• Implement and monitor SOPs, compliance standards, and operational controls.

Required Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
• Strong stakeholder and courier management skills.
• Excellent communication and escalation management skills.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
