Logistics Operations Executive (No Exp Req)

Our Client:

• Freigh forwarding Industry
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• East - Airport Changi Cargo
• Basic UP $3200 + AWS

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operational documentation, including import and export permits, air waybills, and bills of lading
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Prepare, process, and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates on delivery status
• Maintain proper filing and documentation records for audit and tracking purposes
• Liaise with customers, vendors, and relevant authorities on operational matters
• Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies, delays, or documentation issues
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Perform data entry and generate reports using Microsoft Office application

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level
• No experience is required, training will be provided.
• Willing to work on weekend for standby duties
