What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle post-operations activities, including verification of jobs, PODs, PTI checklists and temperature logger reports
- Manage logistics documentation, scanning, filing and customer document dispatch
- Coordinate loading bay bookings and driver/vehicle applications
- Provide backup support for logistics planning and job allocation when required
- Maintain accurate records in TMS, job sheets and fleet management systems
