Logistics Operations Executive (Post-Operations)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Executive (Post-Operations) responsible for handling post-operations activities and managing logistics documentation in a fast-paced logistics environment.

5.5 days work week
Monday to Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday : 8.30am - 1.30pm
$2,500 - $3,000
Location : 18 Boon Lay Way, Tradehub21

Key responsibilities

• Handle post-operations activities, including verification of jobs, PODs, PTI checklists and temperature logger reports
• Manage logistics documentation, scanning, filing and customer document dispatch
• Coordinate loading bay bookings and driver/vehicle applications
• Provide backup support for logistics planning and job allocation when required
• Maintain accurate records in TMS, job sheets and fleet management systems
• Maintain ISO documents

About you

• O-Level, Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations, transport coordination or operations support
• Experience in cold chain, pharmaceutical logistics or GDP-regulated environments will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of TMS, GPS fleet systems and MS Office
• Able to work independently and meet daily deadlines
• Reliable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment
