Logistics Operations Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage logistics operations, including incoming and outgoing goods, deliveries, transportation, loading and unloading, and coordination of Drivers and Helpers.
• Plan and control deliveries based on customer needs, the delivery plan and sales orders, ensuring correct quantity, destination, timing and condition of goods.
• Manage and monitor transportation: vehicle readiness, transporter performance, vehicle utilization, routes and delivery cost.
• Ensure logistics documents (delivery notes, delivery orders, packing lists, proof of delivery) are complete and consistent with the goods and system data.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, Procurement, Finance and other departments.
• Monitor and report delivery performance, delays, transportation cost and delivery issues.
• Lead and develop the team: task assignment, briefings, performance monitoring, coaching, and discipline and SOP compliance.
• Improve Warehouse and Logistics processes for better efficiency, timeliness, accuracy, safety and service quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, delivery or distribution.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading an operational team.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
• Understands delivery planning, route planning, fleet management and transporter management.
• Understands loading and unloading processes, delivery notes, delivery orders and proof of delivery.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and ERP for monitoring and reporting.
