Logistics Operations Manager

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily freight and transportation operations.
• Coordinate with drivers, carriers, brokers, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor shipment performance and improve routing, scheduling, and load utilization.
• Maintain freight documentation, invoices, and operational reports.
• Ensure DOT compliance, safety standards, and company policies are followed.
• Resolve shipment delays and customer service issues.
• Build strong carrier relationships and support performance evaluations.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight operations, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with TMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and freight operations.
• Experience with DAT, Truckstop, McLeod, or similar logistics software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or Russian) is a plus.

Pay: $27.90 - $31.55 per hour
