Logistics Operations Manager

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
• Experience: Typically requires 3 to 8+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or warehousing/logistics.

Key Skills:

• Strong demand forecasting and data analytics
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and warehouse management systems
• Vendor negotiation and problem-solving under tight retail deadlines

Core Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Distribution Management: Oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations across fulfillment centers or regional hubs.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Balance stock levels across physical retail and online channels to prevent costly stockouts or overstocking.
• Transportation & Fleet Coordination: Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers, trucking fleets, freight forwarders, and last-mile delivery schedules.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate closely with procurement, merchandising, and store managers to align delivery lead times with promotional campaigns.
• Cost & Performance Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timeliness, freight costs, and order accuracy to streamline operational efficiency.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
