Logistics Operations Specialist

About the role

Handle sea freight and land freight order processes end-to-end, managing booking, container arrangement, customs declaration and clearance, tracking, and last-mile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sea freight and land freight order processes end-to-end
• Manage booking, container arrangement, customs declaration and clearance, tracking, and last-mile delivery
• Follow up on customer needs and handle obstacles or emergency conditions during the shipping process
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and operational teams
• Communicate with shipping lines, customs brokers, trucking vendors, and other suppliers
• Ensure order status updates and obstacles are communicated in a timely manner
• Help improve operational process efficiency and service quality

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in import clearance, cross-border logistics, or container operations
• Understand cross-border logistics operational processes thoroughly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good communication, learning ability, responsibility, and teamwork
• Mandarin language ability is a plus
